SHIPPING & HANDLING

PROCESSING

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Orders received after 7:00AM EST on Friday  will be processed the following Monday. Orders received on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Note: We are unable to cancel orders once they have begun processing.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is submitted. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to the shipping courier. Please contact the courier for assistance with delays.

Digital orders are processed and available for access and downloads immediately.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

We ship to addresses within the United States of America, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories. Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders where the subtotal meets the minimum requirement for free shipping.

Note: The subtotal is calculated after coupons and other promotional offers have been applied.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at UNAVAILABLE. If you've selected in-store pickup and submitted your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Please see the order processing information listed above under Processing. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are UNAVAILABLE. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO NON-RETRIEVAL

In the event your order is returned to our distribution center because you were unavailable to retrieve your package, there will be an $8 restock fee charged.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by logging into your account. After your order has shipped, you can access your tracking number in your shipping email to check the status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What if I haven't received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 2 to 3 business days of a Delivered status, please contact the courier first. If you still need assist, then contact us at support@shantaestylez.com with your name and order number. We will be happy to look into it further for you.

What if I need to return or exchange my order? What if my order is damaged or missing items?

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
